This year’s El Día Mundial del Arte, or World Art Day, will be celebrated in Oaxaca with a range of exhibitions, dance performances, films and lectures. This UNESCO endorsed event is celebrated in over 70 countries and marks the birth of Leonardo Da Vinci. There will be activities all this week, 14-18th of April at a range of venues around the city including the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Oaxaca (MACO), Biblioteca Henestrosa, and the Centro Fotográfico Manuel Álvarez Bravo (CFMAB).
