Oaxaca will be celebrating all things cacao in the annual Posada del Cacao to be held at the San Pablo Cultural Centre on the 13th and 14th of December.
Featuring talks, conferences and workshops, each night will close with a special ‘degustación de bebidas’. If you’ve never tried chilate, chine de Coyotepec, pozontle or bupu, this is the perfect chance to try these cacao based drinks.
There will also be an exhibition showcasing drinks made from cacao in the state of Oaxaca. This exhibition will run until February and entrance is free.
