Blood Bones Skateshop is hosting Oaxaca’s first National skateboarding contest this Friday, 19th December.
Starting at 11am with the intermediate skaters, you’ll be able to see some of Mexico’s top skaters competing throughout the day. There will also be live DJs playing from 10am.
The contest will be held at Skatepark Quinta Las Aquilas which is in Plaza Oaxaca, a short bus ride from the centre (it’s where Walmart and Cinepolis are). If you want to participate there is an entry fee of $50 which includes breakfast. Entrance for spectators is free.
The after party will be at Salon Central from 10pm. La China Sonidera, La Sabrosa Sabrosura and DJ Barba Dub will be playing and entry is $30.
