Natalia Lafourcade has just announced a national tour of Mexico and will be performing in Oaxaca on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd of August at Teatro Macedonio Alcalá.
The ‘Buscando Raices’ tour is a series of intimate concerts in some of Mexico’s oldest and most historic theatres. Lafourcade will be presenting her latest album ‘Hasta la Raíz’, as well as performing some of her past repertoire.
When announcing the tour, Lafourcade stated that: “In our life, searching is one of the most importants parts to discover what is essential. To transform and find magical moments. Always looking within us and also in the world that we inhabit to discover who we are. In my search for roots and history I want to know myself better as an artist and continue to strengthen my roots as a performer and songwriter in my beloved Mexico.”
