Friday: La Internacional Sonora Balkanera
Formed in Mexico City in 2008 the “the ‘electronic, rock, world beat and Balkan beat band’ released their first album to critical acclaim, receiving the 2012 Indie-O Music Award for the best Jazz/Funk/Fusion Album of the year. They followed up in 2013 with ‘Balkanazo Tropical’ and have played festivals including England’s Glastonbury and Vive Latino in Mexico City.
