If you love mezcal (and let’s face it, who doesn’t), make sure you don’t miss the 18th Annual Feria del Mezcal in Parque Llano this July.
Coinciding with the Guelaguetza, the Feria del Mezcal is one of Oaxcaca’s favourite events. There will be over 50 mezcal producers and 70 brands participating in the fair which will feature conferences, tastings, degustation menus, plus artistic and cultural events.
So if you want to find out more about the history and production of mezcal, or you simply want to try the many different types of this amazing drink, this is your perfect opportunity.
Tickets cost $40 pesos and you can buy them at the door. Entry closes at 9.30pm.
