Adriana Abardia

Adriana Abardía grew up in Río Grande, on Oaxaca's Afro-Mestizo coast. She studied political science at CIDE and development economics in Italy, then spent over ten years in international development, working with rural communities and agricultural producers across international organizations. She's a plant collector, an occasional rave-seeker, a mother and a wife, and somewhere on her list, the dream of making music again. These days she's the host and curator of TOE, an Oaxaca-based travel studio designing slow, locally grounded journeys.
