The Museo Textil de Oaxaca (Oaxaca Textile Museum) is an innovative space dedicated to promoting the designs, techniques and creative processes used in the production of textiles in Oaxaca, Mexico, and around the world. Through exhibitions, conferences, and workshops it aims to create encounters between the community, traditions, craftsmanship, design and contemporary art.
Located in an 18th century mansion in the heart of Oaxaca’s historical centre, the space was restored in 2007 by the Fundación Alfredo Harp Helú as part of the greater Centro Cultural San Pablo restoration project.
