Oaxaca is hosting the 5th National Bachata Congress this February. Held over four days the event will include performances by international Bachata stars such as Fito y Xilo, Ivo y Shani, Carlos Cinta, and Enrique Jarquin y Lorenita. There will also be professional and amateur dance competitions, workshops, and a range of social events including a pool party.
